Founder & Managing Director
Jim Enrique Tolbert leads ExecCap Advisors, working directly with clients on executive advisory, acquisition strategy, and capital alignment. His approach combines institutional discipline with hands-on operator experience, providing practical guidance through complex, high-stakes decisions.
Jim primarily advises executives and investors pursuing Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) and long-term ownership opportunities.
